Delete Your Stridely Account

01 Delete in the App

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside Stridely:

  1. Open Stridely and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm, then sign in with Apple or Google again when asked to verify it's you.

Deletion happens immediately.

02 Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your Stridely account (the email of your Apple ID or Google account) with the subject "Delete my Stridely account". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Stridely Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
